We have an exciting opportunity for a committed, highly motivated and flexible individual to join our Employability administration team based at City Skills Centre. You will be a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, be able to work both in a team and independently.
You will be involved in a wide range of administration tasks, including enrolment, exams and liaising with cross college departments. You will be able to prioritise your own workload to deal with urgent tasks, whilst maintaining a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail.
You will need relevant and recent administration experience including Microsoft packages. Knowledge of college systems would be desirable.
The post is full time based at City Skills Centre, Charles Street, Leicester, although there may be times when you will be required to work from different locations.
Applicants should ideally hold:
- Minimum Level 2 qualification in IT or equivalent experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Level 2 minimum qualification in maths and English (GCSE Grade C or above, GCSE Grade 4 or above or equivalent)
