We have an opportunity within our Health and Social Care team for a Lecturer to teach all aspects of Health and Social Care. As a Lecturer, you will deliver effective teaching, learning and assessment within an established and committed team. You will have the skills to motivate students to realise their ambitions and reach their full potential. You will be enthusiastic and have a passion for your profession and be able to guide students to succeed.

Qualifications

  • A full teaching qualification at Level 5 or above, or willingness to work towards obtaining one. The College will support you to obtain this as part of our investment in your professional development.
  • A degree-level qualification in a related subject and a track record of delivering high quality teaching/training and competency at assessing students' work.
  • Level 2 or equivalent qualification in maths and English.
  • Background in teaching in an FE (Further Education) environment would also be advantageous, but not essential.
