We’re on the lookout for a passionate and skilled Facilities Supervisor to join our squad at Leicester City Football Club. As the Facilities Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in assisting the Facilities Manager to ensure the efficient operation of all stadium facilities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise the multi‑skilled maintenance team to ensure professional service is delivered at all times.
  • Plan, allocate, and monitor all workloads, prioritising and supporting maintenance operations during all home football fixtures and equivalent events at the King Power Stadium.
  • Oversee contractors’ work while supporting the Facilities Manager in many aspects of the operation.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Significant experience line managing and supervising a team of multi‑skilled maintenance operatives.
  • Strong technical knowledge of building services.
  • Demonstrable people‑management skills, including team development.
  • Knowledgeable regarding health and safety legislation and compliance requirements.
  • Relevant qualification in construction discipline (HNC level or equivalent) or working towards an HNC qualification – Building Studies, ILM Level 3 qualification in Leadership and Management, or willingness to work towards an IOSH Managing Safely qualification.
  • Thrives in a dynamic and fast‑paced environment.
