About The Role & Who We're Scouting
We're on the lookout for a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie to join our squad at Leicester City Football Club. As Chef de Partie, you'll play a key role in supporting the catering team at our world-class training ground facility. You will be a key part of the kitchen team in delivering innovative, nutritionally focused dishes that fuel the performance of our elite athletes.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the creation and execution of diverse, balanced menus that cater to the dietary needs and preferences of athletes.
- Overseeing a specific area or section of the kitchen whilst maintaining a clean, tidy and organised work environment.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience working within a professional kitchen, preferably in a similar role. You'll need the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. A Level 2 or higher food safety qualification is desirable along with your own transport being essential due to the remote location.
