- Implementing general health and safety requirements for all spectators
- Delivering safe matchday operations as part of the corporate stewarding team
- Maintaining high standards of safety, security, customer service, cleanliness, and dress code
- Ensuring compliance with ground regulations and club protocols
- Reporting incidents accurately to the Ground Safety Officer
- Using club-supplied technology such as radios, tablets, and body-worn cameras effectively
