What You’ll Be Doing

  • Work closely with supervisors and the safety team
  • Support crowd safety, movement, and flow
  • Assist with security, incident response, and emergency procedures
  • Monitor spectator areas to prevent overcrowding
  • Use radios, tablets, and other matchday technology
  • Respond professionally to issues, conflict, or concerns
  • Deliver excellent customer service to all visitors
  • Uphold ground regulations and safety standards
  • Attend pre-match briefings and follow matchday communication lines

No previous experience? No problem – full training and qualifications are provided.
