Lead a programme that opens doors, creates opportunity, and makes a lasting difference in our community. We are looking for a Programme Coordinator Employability to lead and coordinate a high-impact, multi-agency employability programme in partnership with the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP). You will support a minimum of 200 young adults aged 16-24, ensuring they receive the right guidance, support, and opportunities to move into employment, apprenticeships, education, or training.
You will ensure 100% of referrals to our Youth Employability Hub receive CV support, an individual employability action plan, and access to wider support around financial, housing, and mental health needs, where appropriate. Through strong leadership, partnership working, and data-led delivery, you will help achieve positive outcomes, with 35% progressing into employability or apprenticeships and 35% progressing into education or training.

You may be required to work outside of normal office hours, at evenings and weekends. The delivery of sessions will take place at partner schools/Local Community centres etc. and some aspects of the role will require homeworking, therefore you will need the ability to travel across multiple sites across Leicester and Charnwood.
