About The Role & Who We're Scouting
We're on the lookout for a passionate and skilled Sales Centre Representative to join our squad at Leicester City Football Club. As a Sales Centre Representative, you'll be at the forefront to drive a first-class customer experience with supporters, playing a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the Club's ticketing operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Undertaking tele sales/face-to-face sales of match tickets, Season Tickets, Memberships and other customer-facing products promoted by Leicester City Football Club, not necessarily limited to match days.
- Managing and maintaining any projects presented to you by the Ticketing Manager.
- Bringing a proactive approach to customer care.

- Previous experience in a tele sales environment.
- Computer literacy.
