Housekeeping Operative
to join our Operations team at our world-class Training Ground in Seagrave. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a team responsible for maintaining exceptional standards across a high-performance environment. You will play an important role in ensuring our facilities remain clean, safe, and welcoming for players, staff, guests, and visitors every day. About the Role As a Housekeeping Operative, you will help deliver a first-class cleaning service throughout the Training Ground, ensuring all areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. Key responsibilities include: Carrying out general cleaning duties including vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, dusting, polishing, sanitising and waste removal Maintaining offices, communal areas, changing facilities, and other areas across the site Undertaking outdoor cleaning tasks, including litter picking, cleaning external bins, windows, and surrounding areas Servicing bedrooms and changing linen when required Completing scheduled deep-cleaning tasks Conducting regular checks to ensure facilities are maintained to the highest standard Reporting maintenance issues, damage, or health and safety concerns Working in accordance with COSHH regulations, Health & Safety requirements, and Club procedures Supporting colleagues to deliver an exceptional environment across the Training Ground About You We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who takes pride in their work and has a keen eye for detail. Essential Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience High standards of cleanliness and attention to detail Strong organisational and time management skills Ability to work independently and follow instructions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, trustworthy, and professional approach Ability to work effectively as part of a team Full UK driving licence Flexible approach to working hours Desirable Recognised cleaning qualification, such as City & Guilds Cleaning and Support Services Skills Experience working with external contractors Knowledge of housekeeping auditing processes IOSH Managing Safely qualification Membership of a recognised cleaning institute or association Why Join Us?
