Leicester City Football Club is looking for an enthusiastic and professional Catering Assistant to join our Catering team at our world-class Training Ground in Seagrave on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering an exceptional dining experience within an elite sporting environment. Working closely with players, coaches, staff and guests, you will help ensure that our catering operation maintains the highest standards of service, presentation and hospitality.

About the Role
As a Catering Assistant, you will be at the heart of our front-of-house operation, providing a welcoming and professional service throughout the training ground. You will support the day-to-day delivery of catering services, ensuring dining areas are presented to the highest standards and that players, coaching staff and visitors receive a first-class experience. No two days are the same in this unique environment, offering the opportunity to work within one of the country's leading football clubs while supporting the performance and wellbeing of elite athletes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a warm, professional and welcoming service to players, staff and guests.
- Assist with the setup, presentation and replenishment of food and beverage stations.
- Deliver efficient and professional front-of-house service during meal periods.
- Serve food and beverages in line with club standards and dietary requirements.
- Maintain exceptional levels of cleanliness and organisation throughout dining and service areas.
- Work closely with kitchen colleagues to ensure smooth and effective service delivery.
- Support catering requirements for training ground events, hospitality activities and VIP functions.
- Monitor stock levels of front-of-house supplies and communicate replenishment needs.
- Maintain discretion and professionalism within a high-performance environment.
