Leicester City Football Club is looking for a passionate Receptionist to join our squad. As a member of the Reception team, you’ll play a key role in providing a first-class welcome to all stakeholders including LCFC staff, visitors, clients, parents, public and both Academy and First Team players.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and catering to all guests
- Ensuring the highest standard of service is delivered at the various Reception points
- Keeping guests and their hosts updated
The ideal candidate will have experience in Reception, Customer Services, Events, Hospitality, or Front of House roles, with administrative elements also being key to this role. You will have worked in roles that deliver first-class visitor experience, possessing an awareness of the demands involved in a multi-purpose facility.
You’ll need to be able to communicate to the highest level; to listen, interpret and convey information in a clear and accurate manner, providing timely delivery of information and selecting the most appropriate method of communication. Processing information and working to deadlines with excellent attention to detail is key, and we’re looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
You’ll need to be flexible and well organised with the ability to multi-task and perform well under pressure, demonstrating honesty, integrity, reliability and confidentiality at all times.
