About The Role & Who We’re Scouting We’re on the lookout for passionate and personable Retail Assistants to join our Fanstore squad at Leicester City Football Club on a casual basis. As a Retail Assistant, you’ll play a key role in the delivery of excellent customer service to all fans and visitors to the King Power Stadium Fanstore and/or Highcross Fanstore, and support colleagues across the E-Commerce and Warehousing teams where required. Depending on your deployment for work assignments, your responsibilities will include: Fanstore: * To provide excellent customer service at all times. * To maintain store standards and ensure all housekeeping and health and safety policies are adhered to. * Flexible to work in different departments as required. * To carry out duties either on the shop floor, till points, stock room or shirt printing area as directed by the supervisor/manager. * To be proactive in terms of duties, working on own initiative to identify and recommend improvements. * Ensure all till and cash handling procedures are carried out and followed as per company policy. * Offer full support to the management & supervisory team at all times to ensure the effective running of the store. * Must be flexible with regards to hours of work depending upon the needs of the business and including working matchdays/evenings. E-Commerce: * To process internet orders on a daily basis without delays. * Ensuring that a high standard of customer service is delivered at all times. * Answering the phone, emails and dealing with all customer enquiries. * Processing returns within the given time frame. * Maintains warehouse and office space in a neat and safe manner. * Picking and packing all internet orders whilst ensuring club standards are adhered to. * Sending out orders promptly and on a daily basis ensuring accuracy. * Ensuring that the Club’s health and safety policy is adhered to. Warehouse: * To ensure all stock is organised and stored away efficiently. * To regularly check stock levels to ensure the store system is constantly up to date. * To support the management & supervisory team to complete regular stock takes. * To ensure the shop floor replenishment is managed and efficient. * To ensure all regular storeroom standards are maintained and used to their maximum potential. * To ensure all deliveries are taken in, counted and stored. * To provide the management & supervisory team with all delivery paperwork. * To ensure all storeroom areas are in line with the Club’s Health & Safety policies.
