About The Role & Who We’re Scouting
We’re on the lookout for passionate and confident individuals to join our squad at Leicester City Football Club and support our Engagement team. As an Engagement Assistant you’ll play a key role in delivering various matchday engagement projects and operations at the King Power Stadium, including but not limited to matchday experiences, mascots, activation setup and delivery, and giveaways.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a public-facing or customer service role, with a passion for delivering the highest levels of customer experience, and be a confident communicator to interact with large crowds and a wide demographic of people who visit the King Power Stadium.
