You’ll find the perfect environment to use your knowledge and experience across the areas of mechanical (including heating and ventilation), electrical, and plumbing services covering a variety of systems and building types.

Using your technical expertise, you’ll assist with planning, coordinating, and overseeing the maintenance and installation of MEP Services across the Housing Division asset portfolio. Undertaking site visits, you’ll diagnose technical issues, taking a creative approach when providing resolutions, and making sound decisions when agreeing actions. You’ll monitor progress against plans, timescales, and quality standards, ensuring statutory and regulatory standards are met.
