What You’ll Be Doing
No two days are the same; you’ll have conversations with people who come into contact with us to discuss what matters to them and others around them.
You’ll have a can‑do attitude, be aware of local information and advice available, and use it to support people and their carers to find solutions, drawing on what is already working or could work.
You will work in partnership with others across social care, health, probation and housing teams.
What You’ll Need
Experience of working with adults in care and support.
Demonstrated interest in people and traits of trust, honesty, kindness and transparency in daily communication.
Ability to work in a busy, fast‑paced environment, thrive under pressure, and be energetic and efficient.
