Professional Leadership and Practice Standards: Offer professional supervision and support to promote safe and effective working practices. Ensure the team is working within agreed frameworks, managing workloads efficiently and meeting required standards and timeframes.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track and evaluate performance against key indicators. Prepare and present performance reports and service data, working collaboratively with partner agencies to drive improvement and maintain a high-performing service.

Championing the Voice of the Child: Implement and promote services that actively respond to the lived experiences and voices of children and young people, ensuring their needs are at the heart of decision-making and service development.

What you\’ll need:

You\’ll have a strong background in holding and managing a diverse caseload, conducting interviews and assessments to identify individual needs and tailor support accordingly.

We\’re particularly keen to hear from candidates with experience in:

Supporting vulnerable children and their families through challenging circumstances. Working directly with disabled children and those with additional needs. Helping families facing disadvantage or discrimination, offering them the support they need to thrive. Recognising and responding to safety concerns and risk factors to protect those at risk.

Proven experience in supervising or supporting colleagues to deliver impactful, whole-family interventions.

A solid track record in preventative work with children and families experiencing escalating needs, with a confident ability to assess risks, safeguard effectively, and intervene where necessary.
