Position: Full Time (37 hours per week) or Part Time (30 hours per week) – Permanent

Location: Hybrid – Home and Leicester City Offices

Salary: GBP 35,412 – 38,220 per year (pro rata for part time hours)

Package: Total benefit value: GBP 52,115

What You'll Be Doing

  • You will enforce tenancy conditions related to rent arrears, recover and manage debt, and prepare cases for County Court possession hearings.
  • You will provide an income maximisation service, signpost customers to specialist support, conduct home interviews, and work with the Housing system to update databases and prepare reports.

What You'll Need

  • Experience in Housing Management or Rent Recovery environments
  • Excellent communication skills, especially with vulnerable customers and those with complex needs
  • Proficient IT skills – updating Housing system databases, maintaining records, and preparing reports
  • Ability to resolve difficult situations with tact and diplomacy
  • Strong numeracy skills for negotiating rent payment arrangements and resolving account problems
