Leicester City Council, within the Quality Inclusion Team and Family Hubs, seeks a SEND adviser to provide specialist advice and hands-on support to families and professionals, focusing on spotting emerging needs in children aged 0 to 5.
You will work closely with health visitors, schools, nurseries, Area SENDCOs and therapists to coordinate services, signpost families to local resources and champion inclusive practice across Family Hubs.
