Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve drinks and snacks in the bar before, during, and after events.
  • Ensure stock availability.
  • Carry out remedial cleaning and manual handling, including mopping up spills, cleaning touch points, loading and unloading dishwashers, collecting used glasses, and cleaning the bar.
  • Handle cash and card transactions.
  • Use excellent communication skills and high numeracy to calculate and reconcile tills.
  • Serve customers quickly and accurately to ensure efficient service.
  • Work flexible shifts (day and evening) from Monday to Sunday based on scheduled events.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a bar or catering environment.
  • Experience with cash/card handling.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly numerate, able to reconcile tills.
  • Minimum age of 18 years old (must be over 18 to serve alcoholic drinks).
