Leicester City Council is inviting applications for an experienced Food Safety professional to regulate a wide range of food businesses, events and markets, ensuring food safety and public safety across Leicester.
You will undertake risk-based inspections of restaurants, takeaways, manufacturers and mobile units, assess food safety management systems such as HACCP, conduct investigations and prepare reports for enforcement when necessary, working with partners to protect residents and visitors.
