You will support callers, coordinate responses with carers, relatives, and health professionals, and link with 24-hour crisis services as part of a 13-person control room team.
The role requires strong communication, problem-solving and empathetic handling of calls, with IT system proficiency across Microsoft Office and dedicated databases.
