Are you a skilled Air Conditioning Engineer who wants more than “just another job”? We’re looking for an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join our growing, ambitious team. This role will never be boring.
About the Role
This is a hands-on engineering role, working on a mix of domestic and commercial systems. You’ll be responsible for:
- Installing and servicing split systems
- Working on VRV / VRF systems
- Carrying out planned maintenance
- Attending breakdowns and fault finding, diagnosing issues properly rather than guessing
- Representing the company professionally on site, because customers trust the engineer in front of them
You won’t be micromanaged. We’re looking for someone who knows their trade and takes pride in it.
Skills & Experience Required
- Experience installing and servicing split air conditioning systems
- Experience working on VRV / VRF systems
- Confident with fault finding and breakdown diagnostics
- Full UK driving licence
- Good communication skills, able to explain issues clearly to customers
Desirable (but not essential):
- Any additional relevant HVAC or construction-related qualifications
- Experience across both domestic and commercial environments
