The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.

Inside Service Sales is responsible for selling or renewing the company’s service contracts and service offerings via telephone or electronic means to customers in an assigned territory, industry or accounts. In this role you listen and respond to customer needs to drive new service innovations and growth. Reports to the Service Growth Manager and is part of the EMEA Service Team located in Milton Keynes. The position is on-site.

Responsibilities

  • Sell Service Solution Contracts (SLAs)
  • Manage funnel, forecasting, creation, management and conversion
  • Drive commercial excellence (value, upselling, renewals, WBs, conversions)

Qualifications

  • GCSEs (or equivalent) required and up to 3 years sales experience in negotiation and solution selling (Hunter)
  • Ability to engage with key stakeholders and navigate a matrix organization
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, SAP, SFDC or similar CRM; English language skills required (Business level); knowledge of French, Dutch or German (optional)

Benefits
