ROLE & PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

To partner with the Global People Partners and Global Process Owners to build high-performing teams and deliver People initiatives that enable business growth across a diverse, multi-country region. This role supports the full employee lifecycle, drives organisational effectiveness, champions company culture, and ensures compliance with regional employment legislation.

THIS APPEALS TO YOU

  • Support regional leaders across all divisions on all people-related matters by identifying HR priorities and delivering on the people management strategies that align with the company’s overall goals.
  • Lead and support the local People Partner in the Netherlands while overseeing People Partner operations for Belgium.
  • Support strategic projects in collaboration with Global People Partners and Global Process Owners.
  • Provide advice and guidance to managers on employee relations cases, ensuring that these are well managed and follow process, best practice and employment legislation.
  • Lead on employee relations case management, (e.g. disciplinaries, grievances, performance, attendance, dismissals, employment tribunals).
  • Support and guide managers to strengthen their skills and confidence in managing people matters.
  • Provide full HR support along the Employees Life cycle for all our employees ensuring that the service provided by HR is professional, timely and reflects Company core values.
  • Support the Global Business Services team in Barcelona with all administration tasks including Payroll processing for three entities.
  • Collaborate with local stakeholders and employees on local/global People & Culture initiatives.
  • Ensure HR activities comply with the needs of ISO certifications as required.
  • Ensure HR governance and compliance is followed for all relevant processes.
  • Keep up to date with legal developments and advise on HR compliance.

THIS IS YOU

Education & Professional Credentials

  • Relevant HR experience or Senior HR Advisor experience.
  • Confident, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • CIPD Level 5+ (or equivalent experience).

HR Experience & Background

  • Familiarity with a broad range of HR functions: e.g. recruitment/talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, HR operations and compliance.
