We’re looking for a Project Manager within our Events Team. The role is a key leadership position and will be responsible for the successful management and delivery of projects of all sizes. This role involves regular extensive travel globally.

What you’ll do

Lead the successful management of specific projects and major client orders, ensuring both operational and commercial success, including overseeing multiple project deliveries.

Collaborate with the AES Operations team to develop industry-leading project management tools that will differentiate AES in the market.

Design and engineer tailored solutions to meet customer requirements.

Work closely with the commercial team to identify growth opportunities.

Approach each project with a focus on innovation and improving our customer offerings.

Partner with the Sales Team to develop and finalise customer proposals, ensuring both financial and technical viability.

Ensure the effective management of health, safety, and environmental standards regarding Aggreko services and equipment on all customer sites.

Provide customer support on a variety of matters, including contract management, commercial disputes, and strategic changes.

Plan projects in a logical sequence, calculate the time required to meet deadlines, and ensure margins are maintained.

Your skills and experience

Fluency in English both written and spoken is required

5+ years of experience leading and delivering major events on an international scale.

A technical background, ideally within the power solutions industry.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects across various locations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience managing within a health and safety-driven culture.
