The DBS Director, High Growth Markets Commercial is responsible for leveraging the Danaher Business System (DBS) to improve the most critical programs across our High Growth Markets (Latin America, Middle East and Africa, and Asia‑Pacific, excl. China) Commercial organization. You will be a key business partner to the LATAM, META, and APAC Commercial leaders. The ideal candidate is driven to achieve business results, has a strong proven ability to drive effective use of DBS continuous‑improvement tools, collaborates with cross‑functional teams, and implements and sustains change. This position reports to the Global Director DBS, Commercial and is part of the Danaher Business System (DBS) team at LBS. It is a Remote role located in a major metropolitan area in Europe.

In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To:

  • Partner with LATAM, META, and APAC Commercial Leaders to build a funnel of cross‑functional continuous‑improvement initiatives targeted to drive growth, reduce waste, increase profitability, and improve customer experience.
  • Manage the NA Commercial Kaizen Funnel, driving from ideation to execution the most critical events impacting the business.
  • Support collaboration with the Danaher Diagnostics platform, working in a complex multi‑national matrixed environment.
  • Train and install foundational capabilities in PD, Action Planning, Key Performance Indicator (KPI) management.
  • Work with central and regional organizations to create KPI bowlers and Visual Management to sustain the innovation process improvement.
  • Directly provide formal and informal DBS training and coaching.
  • Augment with other sources of training and coaching (DHR DBSO, outside sources).
  • Improve DBS training and facilitation by pursuing certification in DBS tools for yourself and others.
  • Evaluate and approve other associates for tool certification.

The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include:

  • BS or BA Degree in business, science/engineering, operations, or equivalent experience required.
  • 7+ years of demonstrated success in commercial organizations, including leadership roles.
  • Ability to analyse cross‑functional processes, assess performance, lead continuous improvement and sustain change; recognised as a credible authority across LBS.
  • Expertise in DBS Fundamentals (Visual and Daily Management, 5S, Standard Work, Transactional Process Improvement, Kaizen, Problem Solving).
  • Outstanding ability to plan, execute and follow‑up on kaizens.
  • Ability to work with functions in the implementation of the DBS roadmap and implement key growth initiatives; successfully drives change and handles conflict/ambiguity in a diverse, global work environment.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

  • Ability to travel – up to 50% overnight, internationally.
