We\'re offering a one-year, government-funded Level 3 Content Creator Apprenticeship to someone who is creative, ambitious and passionate about social media, hair and content creation. Whether you create content as a hobby or as a side hustle, this is your chance to turn creativity into a career.

What You\'ll Be Doing
  • Support the Senior Content Executive and Marketing Manager in producing content across TikTok, Instagram, newsletters, blogs and the gee website
  • Help plan and organise photoshoots, source props and capture behind-the-scenes content
  • Research trends and suggest new content ideas
  • iPhone photography, lighting and video editing
What Were Looking For
  • A genuine passion for TikTok, Instagram and content creation
  • An interest in hair, beauty and fashion
  • Strong writing skills with a good eye for design and detail
  • Confidence when speaking with influencers, models and stylists
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Basic experience or strong interest in photography and video editing
  • Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools
  • Good organisational skills and ability to multitask
  • A portfolio of work. This can include writing, social posts, photography or personal content projects
Bonus if you
  • Run your own social media page, blog or channel
  • Have experience with social media analytics or marketing tools

Entry Requirements
  • GCSEs (grades A to C or 4 to 9) in English and Maths, or equivalent
  • A strong interest in digital content and social media
Your future at gee
  • Social Media Assistant (1 to 2 years): Build your content creation skills and confidence
  • Social Media Executive (2 to 4 years): Manage campaigns and start thinking strategically
  • Social Media Manager (4+ years): Lead content, campaigns and creative teams
Other paths include roles such as Content Creator, Digital Marketing Executive and Influencer Marketing Manager.
