We are looking for a Hotel Services Assistant to join our team at South Pembrokeshire Hospital. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleaning and housekeeping, and for providing food and beverage service to inpatients.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness in all clinical and non‑clinical environments.
  • General cleaning of ward and department areas, including responding to unscheduled cleaning requests.
  • Prepare and serve patient food and beverages three times a day.
  • Work as part of a team alongside clinical staff to ensure patients receive the best care possible.

Qualifications

  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to understand and follow routine instructions.
  • Ability to work under pressure and respond to changing demands at short notice.
  • Welsh‑speaking ability desirable; Welsh and/or English speakers welcome.
