We have a vacancy available for a Community Staff Nurse in the Amman/Gwendraeth Community Nursing Team within Hywel Dda University Health Board. We are looking for an enthusiastic, self‑motivated and suitably experienced registered nurse interested in working in the exciting and challenging area of Community Nursing. Experience in Community Nursing is desirable for this post but not essential as training will be provided and the post holder will be supported to develop in the role.
This opportunity is suitable for someone who would like to develop their skills and knowledge whilst supported by a friendly and welcoming team. Applications are invited from interested nurses who are motivated, enthusiastic and committed to providing high standards of care to people within their own homes and the local community. The ability to travel between patients in a timely manner is essential. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply. Interviews will be held on 17/02/2026.
