Der/die Sozialarbeiter_in/ Sozialpädagog_in führt aktiv die Aufsicht und bietet pädagogische Angebote im Nachmittag des Ganztages an. Zudem unterstützt der/die Sozialarbeiter_in/ Sozialpädagog_in die Grundschule und die Sekundarschule bei schulischen Ausflügen und nach Bedarf in den Unterrichtsstunden.
Tätigkeitsprofil
- Supervision im Ganztagsbereich (Aufsicht beim Freispiel, beim Mittagessen und beim Abholen der Kinder)
- Planung und Umsetzung von pädagogischen Angeboten in der Grundschule und der Sekundarschule
- Vertretung von AGs bzw. Planung und Umsetzung einer eigenen AG
- Unterstützung bei Klassenausflügen nach Absprache mit der Ganztagskoordination
- An- und Abmeldung der Schüler_innen im Ganztag
- Teilnahme an Teamsitzungen und Konferenzen
- Führen von Elterngesprächen, allgemeine Elternkommunikation
- Austausch mit den Lehrer_innen
- Unterstützung der Kinder beim Klären von Konflikten
Anforderungsprofil
- Studium zur/zum Sozialarbeiter_in/ Sozialpädagog_in oder Ausbildung zur/zum anerkannten Erzieherin/ Erzieher oder gleichwertiger, pädagogischer Abschluss
- Mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung
- Bilingual in Deutsch und Englisch
- Nachweis der regelmäßigen Teilnahme an Fortbildungsangeboten
