Wir suchen eine engagierte Grundschullehrkraft mit der Lehrbefähigung für Musik und Mathematik. Der Job umfasst idealerweise außerdem die Rolle der Koordination. Es handelt sich um eine Ortslehrkraftstelle (OLK). Es ist möglich, die Stelle in Teilzeit auszuüben, ohne die Aufgaben der Koordination. Tätigkeitsprofil
- Unterricht in der Grundschule mit Schwerpunkt Musik und Mathematik
- Organisation des Klassenzimmers und der Lernmaterialien sowie Gestaltung von Ausstellungen zur Förderung einer positiven Lernatmosphäre
- Planung, Vorbereitung und DurchfĂĽhrung des Unterrichts
- RĂĽckmeldung an Eltern und Erziehungsberechtigte ĂĽber die Fortschritte der SchĂĽler bei Elternabenden und anderen Treffen
- Sich ĂĽber Ă„nderungen und Entwicklungen in der Struktur des deutschen Lehrplans auf dem Laufenden halten
- Organisation von und Teilnahme an Schulveranstaltungen
- Zusammenarbeit mit Kolleg_innen und flexibles Arbeiten
Zusätzlich ist die Aufgabe der Koordination zu vergeben. Einer der wichtigsten Aufgaben in diesem Bereich ist das Pädagogische Qualitätsmanagement (PQM). Gemeinsam mit der Grundschulleitung zu leistende Aufgaben als Koordinatorin:
- Mitarbeit an Unterrichts- und Schulentwicklungsprozessen
- Mitarbeit und Teilnahme an schulischen Gremien nach Sachlage
- Organisation des Schulalltages
- Vorbereitung, Teilnahme und Mitgestaltung von Elternabenden
- UnterstĂĽtzung der Lehrer_innen bei der Elternarbeit nach Bedarf
Selbständige Aufgaben
- Pädagogisches Qualitätsmanagement (PQM) für die GS
- Kooperation mit den angrenzenden Schulstufen und Gestaltung des Ăśbergangs von der Vorschule und zur Sekundarstufe
- Teilnahme und aktive Mitwirkung an den wöchentlichen Teamsitzungen
- Übernahme von zusätzlichen Aufgaben der Grundschulkoordinationsrunde im Vertretungsfall

Grundsätzlich liegt die Prozessverantwortung bei der/dem PQM-Beauftragten für die gesamte Schule und der Schulleitung. Sie definieren Ziele, Entwicklungsschwerpunkte und interne Evaluationsmaßnahmen in Absprache mit dem Senior Leadership Team (SLT).
