Legora is on a mission to redefine how legal work gets done. We are building it with lawyers, not just for them, to ensure it gets done the right way by working side-by-side every step of the way. Our AI-native workspace empowers legal professionals to work faster and ask better questions, unlocking new insights. From thousands of documents analysed in minutes to intelligent workflows designed in collaboration with leading practices, we’re turning possibility into reality.
The Role
We’re shaping the future of legal tech and building a world-class team, culture, and company. As our People Enablement Partner in London, you will drive scaling Legora with top-tier UK talent while helping shape our broader People agenda globally. You will own and drive talent acquisition processes as a strategic and operational partner across the business to attract and hire exceptional people. Your scope will also include contributing to systems and programs that enable performance, accelerate leadership growth, and help every Legorian do the best work of their lives. You will work directly with founders, hiring managers, and team leads across locations, while serving as a key People partner for our London office.
What You Will Be Doing
- Own and execute full cycle recruitment for a wide range of roles in the UK, including Legal, Finance, Marketing, Go To Market, and operational functions.
- Act as a thought partner to hiring managers, advising on org design, hiring strategy, and candidate experience.
- Build and nurture proactive pipelines for critical current and future roles across key markets.
- Run structured hiring processes that are fast, fair, and outcome focused.
- Champion an exceptional candidate experience from first outreach through offer and onboarding.
Partner on key People initiatives, including:
- Performance management, including cadence, feedback systems, and calibration.
- Leadership development and manager enablement in partnership with our global People team.
- Learning and development programs suited to a high growth environment.
- Headcount planning, compensation considerations, and succession tracking for the UK team.
Who You Are
You bring 5+ years of talent acquisition experience, ideally from a high growth environment such as a startup, scale-up, or VC-backed company. You have a strong track record of hiring across commercial and strategic roles such as Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Legal, and Strategy. You think holistically about talent and how it connects to business outcomes, not only about filling roles. You have seen rapid growth and know how to build foundational systems while executing at pace. You are naturally collaborative and consultative, and you are also comfortable taking ownership and driving work forward independently. You are passionate about people, whether that is identifying talent, enabling performance, or supporting long term growth. You move quickly, iterate often, and prioritize outcomes over unnecessary complexity. You thrive in ambiguity and see challenges as opportunities to build.
If you are excited about helping to build the London office and our UK presence from the inside, we would love to hear from you.
What’s In It For You
- Global collaboration: Partner with teams and clients across Stockholm, New York, London, and Sydney.
- Competitive package: Comprehensive salary, benefits, and tools for success.
- Meaningful work: Your efforts shape how thousands of lawyers use AI daily.
