The role involves being the R&D arm of our Revenue Operations function. You will build enrichment pipelines, AI-augmented workflows, intent-signal automations, and the connective tissue between Salesforce, our warehouse, our marketing stack, and the rest of the GTM tooling we use to compete. You’ll ship infrastructure that compounds – every system you build makes the rest of the team more leveraged. This is a high-autonomy, high-impact role. You’ll work alongside our Head of RevOps and the broader GTM leadership team to identify where systems can replace ad-hoc work, and then go build it. We expect you to have strong opinions, ship fast, and know when not to automate.
What You’ll Own
- Enrichment & data infrastructure: Design and run our enrichment waterfalls (Clay, Apollo, ZoomInfo, custom APIs), including fallback logic, monitoring, and quality SLAs.
- Signal-to-action workflows: Build the systems that detect buying signals – job changes, funding events, product usage triggers, news – and route them to the right rep with the right context.
- CRM architecture: Salesforce is our system of record; you’ll own custom objects, automation (Flow), validation, and the integration layer between Salesforce, our data warehouse, and activation tools (reverse ETL, sequencers, enablement platforms).
- AI-augmented GTM: Build with the AI tools and agents that are reshaping how outbound, scoring, and CS motions work.
- Automation backlog & quality: Maintain the catalogue of workflows, retire what’s no longer earning its keep, and ensure everything you ship has alerting, error handling, and idempotency.
What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years building GTM or RevOps infrastructure at a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
- Knowledge in SQL and at least one of Python, TypeScript/Node, or equivalent.
- Demonstrable depth in Salesforce or HubSpot – custom objects, flows, validation rules, deduplication, sharing models.
- Hands-on experience with at least one of Clay, n8n, Make, Workato, or Zapier in a production setting (Clay strongly preferred).
- Working knowledge of a modern data warehouse (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift) and reverse ETL tools (Hightouch, Census).
- A portfolio mindset: you can walk us through systems you’ve built, what they did, and what they moved.
Optional Experiences
- Cold email infrastructure: SPF/DKIM/DMARC; sequencer ops (Instantly, Smartlead, Outreach, Salesloft).
- AI agent / LLM tooling for GTM use cases (lead scoring, account research, signal extraction).
- Experience in a vertical SaaS or enterprise-sales motion.
- Prior exposure to legal tech or other regulated B2B markets.
