About Us
Legora is redefining how legal work gets done. Not built for lawyers, built with them. We work alongside the world’s best legal teams, who expect excellence, precision, and speed, and we hold ourselves to the same bar. Our AI-native workspace lets legal professionals move faster, think more clearly, and operate with sharper precision. By analysing thousands of documents in minutes and powering end‑to‑end workflows, we cut through complexity, allowing teams to focus on what matters: judgment, strategy, and outcomes. 1,000+ customers across 50+ countries trust us, including Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, Linklaters, White & Case, Dentons, and Barclays. We’ve scaled to $100M+ in ARR, with teams across Europe, North America and APAC, and continue to expand through acquisitions including Qura, Walter AI and Graceview. We partner with world‑class performers: including Aaron Judge and the New York Yankees, Ludvig Åberg (and his caddie), and campaigns featuring Jude Law.
Joining Legora means three things:
- We lean in: ownership over titles, outcomes over intentions.
- We fight for excellence: high standards, direct, ego‑free feedback.
- We grow together: as a team and with our customers.
Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts. If you’re driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar, this is the place.
What You’ll Do
Revenue growth depends on having the right commercial talent in place — fast, and at a high bar. As our People Enablement Partner for Growth, you will own that directly. You are not a support function for the GTM team. You are a commercial operator in your own right, accountable for the quality and velocity of the people who drive Legora’s growth.
You will own end‑to‑end hiring across GTM and revenue‑generating functions in the UK, while also building the People infrastructure that enables those teams to perform, iterate, and scale. You will work closely with founders and senior commercial leaders — trusted to make consequential decisions on hiring, team composition, and performance enablement.
Specifically, you will:
- Own full‑cycle recruitment across the UK, with a primary focus on GTM, commercial, and strategic roles — partnering with hiring managers to define role scope, success profiles, and hiring strategies tied directly to revenue outcomes.
- Build and maintain proactive, high‑quality pipelines for critical and future commercial hires — so we’re never starting from zero when a priority opens.
- Run structured, data‑driven hiring processes that hold a high bar on quality without sacrificing speed or fairness.
- Drive an exceptional candidate experience from first touch through onboarding — how we hire reflects who we are.
- Act as a genuine thought partner on org design, team structure, and hiring plans — particularly within GTM functions — supporting headcount planning, workforce allocation, and prioritisation for the UK team.
- Partner on core People initiatives including performance management cadences, feedback systems, and calibration — helping build the infrastructure that enables high performance and fast iteration.
- Contribute to compensation and progression frameworks for GTM roles, ensuring we stay competitive and internally consistent as we scale.
What You Bring
You understand that hiring decisions are business decisions — and you hold yourself accountable to the same commercial outcomes as the teams you hire for. You’re hands‑on, commercially sharp, and trusted by founders and senior GTM leaders to shape teams that win.
We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years in talent acquisition or People roles in a high‑growth, commercial environment — startup, scale‑up, or VC‑backed company.
- A proven track record of hiring high‑performing GTM and commercial talent across Sales, Business Development, Marketing, and Partnerships — you know the profile and you hold the bar.
- Strong commercial acumen — you understand how hiring decisions affect revenue, growth, and market expansion, and you use that lens to prioritise and advise.
- Experience partnering with senior stakeholders on hiring strategy, org design, and team build‑out — not just executing briefs, but shaping them.
- The ability to balance hands‑on execution with strategic thinking — you can run multiple complex searches simultaneously and still see the bigger picture.
- A track record of building or meaningfully improving scalable hiring or People systems — you leave things better than you found them.
- Comfortable in ambiguity with a strong bias toward action — you build structure where none exists and move without waiting for perfect conditions.
- Collaborative but direct — you influence and challenge senior stakeholders when needed, and you drive decisions rather than defer them.
