Legora is redefining how legal work gets done. Not built for lawyers, built with them. We work alongside the world’s best legal teams, who expect excellence, precision, and speed, and we hold ourselves to the same bar. Our AI-native workspace lets legal professionals move faster, think more clearly, and operate with sharper precision. By analysing thousands of documents in minutes and powering end-to-end workflows, we cut through complexity, allowing teams to focus on what matters: judgment, strategy, and outcomes. 1,000+ customers across 50+ countries trust us, including Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, Linklaters, White & Case, Dentons, and Barclays. We’ve scaled to $100M+ in ARR, with teams across Europe, North America and APAC, and continue to expand through acquisitions including Qura, Walter AI and Graceview.
Joining Legora means three things:
- We lean in: ownership over titles, outcomes over intentions.
- We fight for excellence: high standards, direct, ego‑free feedback.
- We grow together: as a team and with our customers.
Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts. If you’re driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar, this is the place.
What You'll Do
This role doesn't fit neatly into a box. It's part legal ops, part product specialist, part solutions architect, and part trusted advisor. Your mission is to help our clients — some of the most respected legal teams in the world — get the absolute most out of Legora. You will be the person they call when they want to think bigger, move faster, or work out why something isn't clicking.
Specifically, you will:
- Act as a genuine thought partner to clients — building trusted relationships, tackling complex pain points, and identifying high-value opportunities to deepen and scale their use of Legora.
- Own the client relationship end to end alongside Customer Success — from early pilots through onboarding to full-firm adoption across major law firms and corporate legal departments.
- Be the voice of the user inside Legora — bringing frontline insight directly into product development, roadmap priorities, and strategic direction.
- Deliver clear, confident product demos and training that make the power of the platform tangible for legal professionals at every level.
- Help clients navigate one of the most significant shifts in how legal work gets done — from evaluating the ROI of AI to mapping its practical impact across practice areas.
- Document best practices, build scalable playbooks, and help shape how this function grows globally.
What You Bring
You come from the world of law — but you've never been content with how things have always been done. Maybe you started at a top-tier firm and found yourself drawn to the operational and technology questions everyone else avoided. Maybe you worked in-house and saw the inefficiencies from the inside. Maybe you've already tried to disrupt things through legal tech or ventures of your own. Either way: you know how legal teams think, work, and struggle — and you're ready to help them level up.
We're looking for:
- A qualified lawyer (1–2 PQE) with experience at a top‑tier firm or in-house legal team.
- Tech‑curious and product‑savvy — not necessarily a coder, but someone who leans into technical conversations around generative AI, implementation, and workflow transformation.
- A natural translator — you communicate clearly with lawyers and engineers alike, and moving between those worlds is second nature.
- Someone who brings structure to ambiguity and energy to complexity — the calm, credible presence clients rely on when things are moving fast.
- Proactive and self‑directed, with the ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously without losing quality or pace.
- High standards without perfectionism — you ship, you learn, and you make it better over time.
