Timothy Armoo is a serial entrepreneur and author who built and sold Fanbytes for a multi eight-figure sum at 27. He now runs Legon Media - a content and media business which builds, scales and sells companies. He has an audience of 750,000 people with the majority being founders, operators, and ambitious professionals globally. He’s also the author of a Penguin-published book What’s Stopping You which is now a Sunday Times Bestseller.
We’re hiring a Funnel Builder / Copywriter to own revenue-generating funnels end-to-end across all of Timo’s businesses. This is not a “write copy and hand it off” role. This is not a junior position. This is not for people who need permission. This is a full-stack funnel role where you design, build, write, ship, and optimise funnels that sell £10k+ offers to a sophisticated audience. You will work closely with Timo on positioning and offers - but you own execution. If you’ve never built funnels that made serious money, this is not the role for you.
What you’d be doing:
- Funnel Strategy & Design
- Design complete funnels from first click to post-purchase
- Build quiz funnels, webinar funnels, VSL funnels, application funnels, and email-driven funnels
- Translate high-ticket offers into clear, friction-light funnel structures
- Design for conversion, not aesthetics
- Copywriting (Core Skill)
- Write high-performing landing page and sales page copy (headline to close)
- Edit and improve existing copy based on performance data, not opinion
- Maintain an extremely high standard of written English
- Build & Execution
- Build funnels directly
- Understand how ads, landing pages, emails, and offers work together
- Optimise based on conversion rates and metrics: CPC, CTR, CPL, CPA
- Diagnose underperformance and fix it without being asked
- Ownership & Standards
- You don’t ask for permission to improve something that’s broken
- You take responsibility for outcomes, not just output
- You care about revenue per visitor, not creative awards
What success looks like after 60 days:
- Multiple funnels actively driving qualified leads and revenue
- Clear improvements in conversion rates across key funnel stages
- Faster launch cycles with less founder involvement
- Funnels that are simple, scalable, and commercially sound
What we want you to have done before:
- Designed and built six-figure or seven-figure funnels yourself
- Worked on high-ticket offers (ÂŁ10k+)
- Owned funnel performance end-to-end
- Operated at speed in a commercial environment

- You only write copy and don’t build
- You’ve never owned funnel performance
- You need long timelines and perfect conditions
