We’re hiring a Social Media Manager to bring social media execution in-house. This is not a “schedule posts and hope for the best” role. This is for someone who can run social day-to-day, keep content moving fast, and maintain high standards. You’ll work closely with Timo and the team to keep our channels sharp, consistent, and growing.

What You’d Be Doing

  • Social Calendar & Posting
    • Own the weekly and monthly social calendar across key platforms
    • Schedule and publish content consistently
    • Write strong captions and supporting copy that fits the brand voice
    • Keep everything organised and delivered on time
  • Video Content Coordination
    • You won’t be expected to film or edit, but you must understand video content
    • Brief video editors and creators clearly (including overseas teams)
    • Manage feedback loops and ensure edits meet brand standards
    • Improve quality, pacing and storytelling before anything goes live
  • Community Management
    • Manage comments and replies across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
    • Engage with the audience consistently and professionally
    • Spot patterns in what the community responds to and feed that back into content
  • Speed, Standards & Execution
    • Keep output moving without bottlenecks or delays
    • Maintain quality control across everything that goes live
    • Work with a small, high-performance team and raise the bar consistently

What Success Looks Like After 60 Days

  • A consistent, reliable posting rhythm across platforms
  • A clear, organised content calendar the business can trust
  • Faster turnaround times (less waiting, fewer delays)
  • Stronger consistency in content quality and brand voice
  • Increased engagement through active community management

What We Want You to Have Done Before

  • Managed social media accounts professionally (or grown your own)
