LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is recruiting a Food and Beverage Operations Administrator! We are ONE Team at LEGOLAND Windsor Resort, committed to delivering magic every day for our guests. Join us to support the park Food & Beverage team with their daily operation in a fast‑paced environment that requires strong multitasking skills. Shift Full Time, fully flexible weekend availability included.
What does this role entail?
- Report into the Food & Beverage Operations Manager and support day‑to‑day, weekly and monthly administration tasks.
- Support the F&B Management Team with training documentation, ensuring staff is safe and legally fit to work.
- Conduct team briefings and keep the front‑line team updated on all relevant information for the trading day.
- Be on hand to make or receive calls, messages and emails for the F&B department, solving problems quickly and efficiently.
- Accountable for the F&B inbox and responding to any queries or questions from employees.
- Work closely with the F&B Management Team to report absences, lateness or sickness, and ensure information is logged correctly.
- Assist with the stock‑take process.
- Complete financial trackers to ensure accurate financial reporting and share information in the correct manner.
Key Skills & Attributes
- Be able to remain calm under pressure and complete tasks in a timely manner.
- Excellent communicator with both the front‑line team and management.
- Adapts and remains flexible to support changing business requirements.
- Approachable, maintains a positive can‑do attitude, and demonstrates willingness to be a team player.
- Experienced in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Previous experience in Administration or Food & Beverage.
Pay: Hourly pay rate of £13.00, rising 3% with minimum wage increase per hour.
