As a Twilight Public Area Cleaner, you will work across our three awesome LEGO themed Hotels, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness are achieved. We provide all of the training you might need to take the first steps in your career with us! As a Twilight Public Area Cleaner, you will be involved with cleaning, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, emptying bins, and supporting the wider Hotel Team with chemical-related cleaning (all COSHH training and Risk Assessments provided for any chemical handling). This is a key role in our hotel team, ensuring our overnight guests are presented with beautifully clean and well-presented hotels when they join us for their extra special overnight stay.
Responsibilities and requirements include:
- Ideally, you will have experience of working as a cleaner within a fast-paced hotel environment
- Have high cleanliness standards
- Experience using cleaning materials and chemicals, with previous awareness of COSHH documentation
- Comfortable and confident to interact with our Hotel guests as they move through the hotel on their overnight stay with us
- A flexible approach to working hours, with the appropriate transport arrangements to cover hours between 5:00pm – 1:00am
- Due to the working hours of this role, we are only accepting applications from candidates over the age of 18
- Pay of £10.90 – £12.44 per hour (age-related)

About the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort: We are looking for Hotel Twilight Public Area Cleaners to join our team at the UK\’s favourite children\’s theme park; the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort. The LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is the ultimate destination for families with children aged 2-12. The Resort is home to three awesome LEGO-themed Hotels and a host of rides, shows, and attractions built around the iconic LEGO brick. This role is based at the Windsor theme park, located in 150 acres of beautiful parkland.
