Location: LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort, Windsor, SL4 4AY

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, across a 7-day rota (any 5 days out of 7)

Contract Type: Permanent, salaried (we also have an FTC vacancy within the team)

Here at the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort our 2026 season is in full swing, and we are recruiting for two Zonal Controllers to join our AWESOME Zonal Control Team – one permanent and one fixed term contract!

As a Zonal Operations Controller, you will be right at the heart of resort operations, acting as the central point of coordination that keeps everything running smoothly. From monitoring live performance data to responding to operational issues as they arise, you will help ensure our guests enjoy a seamless and memorable experience every day.

The Zonal Controller will work closely with Zonal Managers and operational teams to triage incidents, prioritise actions, and deploy resources where they’re needed most. Whether it’s coordinating staffing, responding to ride downtime, or escalating facilities and IT issues, your calm, informed decision‑making will make a real impact.

You will also play a key role in reporting and handovers, capturing accurate operational insights that support continuous improvement. All of this sits within a strong commitment to health, safety, and compliance, helping to create a safe, efficient, and enjoyable environment for both guests and colleagues.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Strong operational awareness with the ability to interpret real‑time performance data
  • Experience monitoring digital systems or dashboards in a fast‑paced operational environment
  • Clear, confident communication skills across phone, radio, email, and digital platforms
  • Proven ability to prioritise tasks, triage issues, and make sound decisions under pressure
  • High attention to detail when logging actions, reporting, and tracking follow‑ups
  • Flexible and adaptable approach, with willingness to work variable shifts, including early starts, evenings, and weekends
  • Collaborative mindset, building effective working relationships across teams and departments
  • Professional approach to handling confidential and sensitive information
  • Understanding of, or commitment to, health and safety standards and incident reporting

About the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort: We are looking for a Zonal Controller to join our AWESOME Zonal Control team at the UK’s favourite children’s theme park; the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort. The LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is the ultimate destination for families with children age 2-12. The Resort is home to three awesome LEGO themed Hotels and a host of rides, shows and attractions built around the iconic LEGO® brick. This role is based at the Windsor theme park, located in 150 acres of beautiful parkland.
