Here at the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort we are busy prepping for our 2026 season, and we are recruiting for a Warehouse Lead to join our AWESOME Warehouse and Logistics Team! The Warehouse Lead will be responsible for our Engineering Warehouse stores, which includes the efficient management of stock inventory, order fulfilment, and timely delivery of Engineering stock to our Engineering team. The role ensures proper handling of all stock, adherence to operational standards, and health and safety compliance. The Warehouse Lead will support the maintenance of accurate records for stock management and coordinate the seamless movement of supplies. Acting as the key link between the Resort’s Warehouse and Engineering teams, you will help keep logistical activity aligned with wider operational goals while upholding the highest safety standards and maintaining precise stock records. You will also play a key part in inventory and stock management, keeping stock levels accurate and up to date, supporting routine stock takes, and quickly resolving any discrepancies to keep operations running smoothly.
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience working within Warehouse and Logistics is essential, ideally in a large-scale warehouse setting
- Proven experience managing inventory is essential
- Ideally, you’ll have previously used inventory and logistics systems to manage stock control
- You will be an excellent communicator, with an approachable and friendly manner when interacting with colleagues from various departments, both internally and contractors
- You will have excellent attention to detail, with proven experience in planning and coordinating both incoming deliveries and site wide stock replenishments

About the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort: We are looking for a Warehouse Lead to join our AWESOME Warehouse and Logistics team at the UK’s favourite children’s theme park; the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort. The LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is the ultimate destination for families with children age 2-12. The Resort is home to three awesome LEGO themed Hotels and a host of rides, shows and attractions built around the iconic LEGO® brick. This role is based at the Windsor theme park, located in 150 acres of beautiful parkland.
