LEGOLAND Windsor Resort in Windsor, UK, is seeking a Zonal Operations Manager to lead a zone across Admissions, Fastrack, guest services and more.

You will drive operational excellence, ensure safety compliance and deliver outstanding guest experiences.

You’ll manage a dedicated zonal team, coach staff, resolve guest issues within recovery frameworks and work with other Zonal Managers to maximise efficiency and revenue.

This role requires a proactive, engaging leader aligned with Merlin values.
