What you'll bring to the team:

Working up to 5 out of 7 days a week, covering hours from 07:30 and 20:00.

Location: LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort, Windsor, SL4 4AY.

As a Commercial Host, you will work in a variety of roles across our Commercial Zone, including:

  • Retail units
  • Admissions and car parking team
  • Adventure Golf
  • Lego Free Build Areas

Key Objectives:

  • Ensuring and maintaining high standards across the park through tidying and cleaning.
  • Operating tills while practicing profit protection policies.
  • Ensuring safety is the number one priority through adhering to company Health & Safety policies.
  • Identifying customers’ needs and providing solutions.
  • Gaining excellent knowledge of products and attractions.
  • Adhering to daily plans regarding which area you are supporting.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Greeting all guests in a friendly manner.
  • Processing guest purchases through the tills.
  • Upselling products and services to guests.
  • Organising deliveries into stockrooms or stores.
  • Cleaning and maintaining Freestyle Machines.
  • Providing information and support to customers.
  • Noting feedback and providing compensation as needed.
  • Arranging extra needs for guests (e.g. wheelchairs).
  • Assisting guests with Lost Property Enquiries.
  • Communicating Safeguarding concerns with relevant departments.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Must be able to speak and read fluently in English.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment (desired but not necessary).
  • Experience in customer-facing roles (desired but not necessary).
  • Ability to deal with customer complaints confidently.
  • FAW or EFAW qualification (not necessary).
  • Confidence with cash handling.
