Here at the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort we are busy prepping for our 2026 season, and we are recruiting for a Resource Associate to join our AWESOME Planning & Resource Team! The Resource Associate plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth integration of new team members, supporting recruitment and training, and leading employee relations activity. As the first port of call for our candidates, you will be passionate about delivering a positive new starter experience, seek new ways to support and develop employee performance, and help build an inclusive culture which has a direct, positive impact on our guest KPIs.
The role of Resource Associate involves coordinating on-site recruitment activities, including raising requisitions, tracking candidate availability, and delivering engaging site inductions to ensure new hires are fully prepared for their roles. It also includes developing and maintaining training plans for frontline teams, monitoring completion, and working closely with operational teams to ensure skills coverage aligns with business needs and meets all health and safety and compliance legislation. Additionally, the position leads employee performance and conduct processes such as absence management, disciplinary procedures, and employee relations matters, in partnership with the UK People Hub, while maintaining accurate records and providing regular updates to Resort Management.
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience in HR, administrative, or resource coordination roles is essential
- Familiarity with new hire onboarding, training delivery, and employee relations processes is essential
- Experience in resource planning and working in fast-paced environments is advantageous
- Strong operational and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to problem-solve, adapt to changing priorities, and work collaboratively across teams
- Clear and engaging communication skills for delivering inductions and training

About the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort: We are looking for a Resource Associate to join our AWESOME team at the UK’s favourite children’s theme park; the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort. The LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is the ultimate destination for families with children age 2-12. The Resort is home to three awesome LEGO themed Hotels and a host of rides, shows and attractions built around the iconic LEGO® brick. This role is based at the Windsor theme park, located in 150 acres of beautiful parkland.
