What you'll bring to the team
Hotel Pool Lifeguard Location: LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort, Windsor, SL4 4AY
Hours: Fully Flexible; working up to 5 days out of 7, covering hours that can be between 07:00am - 08:30pm (up to 9:30pm during our peak season on a rotational basis)

Here at the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort our 2026 season is in full swing, and we are recruiting for a Pool Lifeguard to join our AWESOME Hotel Leisure Team! The LEGOLAND Hotel has a Brick-Tastic pool where our guests can enjoy family splash time and take away some extra special memories from their Resort stay.
As a LEGOLAND Windsor Resort Hotel pool Lifeguard, you will be responsible for monitoring the pool while carrying out the appropriate scanning pattern, manning the pool check in area and welcoming our guests to their swim session confirming any information that they might require. You’ll keep an eye on the pool ratios, always maintaining the highest standard of health and safety, and making sure our guests are complying with our pool regulations to keep them safe. You will also work within our changing room and gym facilities, ensuring both areas are kept clean and tidy, presented to a high standard for our guests.
As a qualified Lifeguard you will ensure you keep your training up to date and relevant, with the mandatory attendance of monthly NPLQ training and team building sessions.
Qualifications & Experience
- Hold a current NPLQ qualification
- Ideally hold a First Aid or Emergency Aid at work Certificate
- Be able to clearly communicate to our guests and your colleagues
- You will have a good working knowledge of the PSOP and Health & Safety requirements of the area

About the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort
We are looking for a Pool Lifeguard to join our AWESOME team at the UK’s favourite children’s theme park; the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort. The LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is the ultimate destination for families with children age 2-12. The Resort is home to three awesome LEGO themed Hotels and a host of rides, shows and attractions built around the iconic LEGO® brick. This role is based at the Windsor theme park, located in 150 acres of beautiful parkland.
