Here at the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort we are busy prepping for our 2026 season, and we are recruiting for an Accommodation Front Line Lead to join our AWESOME Hotel Nights Team! You will lead a team of Front of House Assistants throughout the night shift, making sure our overnight guests are happy and safe in their accommodations, any guest feedback is responded to promptly and professionally, and other members of the Hotel night team are kept informed throughout their shift of duty updates.
As a motivator and leader you will develop your team to deliver the best possible guest interactions, encourage them to become expert knowledge holders and empower them to exceed our guest KPI targets. Our Hotel Nights team play a key part in the magic of an overnight stay at LEGOLAND Windsor Resort, always striving to exceed guest expectations and ensure everyone checks out with awesome memories.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience working in a customer facing role within a Hotel or Hospitality function, ideally night operations
- Ideally, you’ll have worked in a team leader function before, being comfortable with leading and motivating a diverse team
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and previous use of Opera PMS is advantageous
- You will have the relevant travel arrangements for night shifts, and be comfortable with working unsociable hours
- Due to the working hours for this role candidates must be over the age of 18

About the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort: We are looking for an Accommodation Front Line Lead to join our AWESOME Hotel Nights team at the UK’s favourite children’s theme park; the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort. The LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is the ultimate destination for families with children age 2-12. The Resort is home to three awesome LEGO themed Hotels and a host of rides, shows and attractions built around the iconic LEGO® brick. This role is based at the Windsor theme park, located in 150 acres of beautiful parkland.
