What you\’ll bring to the team

VIP & Birthdays Team Leader

Location: LEGOLAND Windsor Resort, Windsor, SL4 4AY

Hours: Full time fully flexible, any 5 days out of 7, evenings and weekends according to the operational calendar

Contract Type: Permanent, hourly paid

Here at the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort our 2025 season is in full swing, and we are recruiting for a VIP & Birthdays Team Leaderto join our AWESOME Commercial Team!

In this exciting role you will support the Commercial Sales Manager in the overall delivery of VIP products and experiences across LEGOLAND Windsor Resort. You’ll have the opportunity to work on the future strategy of the department and how we can best maximise both guest experience and revenue, while managing your team of VIP hosts to deliver the highest possible standard of guest excellence.

As a LEGOLAND representative you will reflect and present our company values to VIP guests both via email, on the telephone, and in person on the day of their visit. You’ll be passionate about the resort, making sure you are sharing exciting insights into life at LEGOLAND with our special guests.

Please note, internally this role is known as Commercial Sales Lead (Frontline)

Qualifications & Experience

  • Ideally you will have previously managed or coached a small team to achieve an excellent standard of guest interaction or customer service
  • Highly driven and motived to achieve results against KPI metrics
  • You will be organised, proactive, approachable and, of course, hold yourself and your team to the highest standards of guest interaction
  • Willingness to have a full enhanced DBS check undertaken (please note if you do not agree to the DBS check we will not proceed with your application)

About the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort

We are looking for a VIP & Birthdays Team Leaderto join our AWESOME team at the UK’s favourite children’s theme park; the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort. The LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is the ultimate destination for families with children age 2-12. The Resort is home to three awesome LEGO themed Hotels and a host of rides, shows and attractions built around the iconic LEGO brick. This role is based at the Windsor theme park, located in 150 acres of beautiful parkland.
