Location: LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort, Windsor, SL4 4AY

Hours: Full time fully flexible, any 5 days out of 7, shift times vary but can start from 7:00am (early shift) and finish after 11:00pm (late shift) - weekend availability is required for this role

Here at the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort we are getting ready for our 2026 season, and we are recruiting for a VIP Host to join our AWESOME VIP Team! Our VIP Hosts create, develop and deliver a wide range of set and bespoke experiences for our guests, while managing an extensive client base. We are looking for people to join the team who are eager, talkative and confident with our guests while having the desire to deliver the most incredible VIP experiences.

In this position, it will be your responsibility to deliver all experiences in our portfolio to our VIP’s, ensuring that they can maximise their time with us and have the most remarkable day. Your role will vary from feeding the sharks at Deep Sea Adventure to taking guests behind the scenes of the infamous Miniland to explore how we look after over 40 million bricks! Naturally our VIP Hosts hold themselves to the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality, setting a great example for the rest of the resort.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Highly self-motivated individuals who have an excellent knowledge of the resort to deliver the very best experiences on park
  • You will need to manage your time effectively, ensure the guests needs are met at every point of the day and, most importantly, be an excellent communicator
  • You must also be comfortable with assisting all departments across the resort in order to meet the requirements of your guests and have the ability to prioritise your workload, ensuring the guests needs are satisfied
  • You will be a professional department representative, maintaining complete confidentiality when working with high profile guests
  • Due to the shift times of this role, we will only be accepting applications from candidates over the age of 18

About the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort: We are looking for a VIP Host to join our AWESOME team at the UK’s favourite children’s theme park; the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort. The LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is the ultimate destination for families with children age 2-12. The Resort is home to three awesome LEGO themed Hotels and a host of rides, shows and attractions built around the iconic LEGO® brick. This role is based at the Windsor theme park, located in 150 acres of beautiful parkland.
