Hours: Shiftscovering hours that can be between 6:00am – 9:00pm on a rotational basis, any 5 days out of 7
Contract Type: Permanent, hourly paid, £12.21 per hour
Here at the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort our 2025 season is in full swing, and we are recruiting for a Refuse Driver to join our AWESOME Waste & Recycling Team!
Working as part of our awesome Waste & Recycling team, our Refuse Drivers will process all waste from the resort as well as carrying out the deep cleaning of in-park pathways, patios and ride areas. You’ll play a key part in keeping our resort looking its best for each and every guest that chooses to visit us!
You will also assist with seasonal duties such as leaf clearing during the Autumn months and helping grit the resort for our guests and staff over the winter months. The role holder must have a full UK driving licence, with a minimum of 1 years driving experience.
Due to the nature of the role candidates must be over the age of 18 and we will not accept applications from any candidates under the age of 18 at this time.
Qualifications & Experience
- A full, clean UK driving licence
- Over the age of 18
- It is desirable that candidates have a minimum of 1 years driving experience
- You should have an understanding of waste management and a commitment to recycling initiatives
- Experience driving a large vehicle or vehicle while towing is advantageous

About the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort
We are looking for a Refuse Driver to join our AWESOME team at the UK’s favourite children’s theme park; the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort. The LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is the ultimate destination for families with children age 2-12. The Resort is home to three awesome LEGO themed Hotels and a host of rides, shows and attractions built around the iconic LEGO brick. This role is based at the Windsor theme park, located in 150 acres of beautiful parkland.
