Here at the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort we are busy prepping for our 2026 season, and we are recruiting for a Housekeeping Front Line Lead to join our AWESOME Permanent Hotel Twilight Team! Joining the team as a Housekeeping Front Line Lead - Twilight means you will lead a team of housekeepers, linen porters, and public area cleaners, all of whom work together to maintain the high standards of cleanliness that our guests expect and deserve on their overnight stay.
You’ll lead by example, driving your team to deliver excellent guest interactions and, of course, beautifully clean and welcoming rooms and public areas. You’ll be a knowledge holder of the health and safety policies across your areas, monitor your stock levels (replenishing when needed) and motivate your team to exceed cleanliness KPI targets.
The Housekeeping Front Line Lead - Twilight is a key role in our Hotel operation, and you will drive your team to excellence by ensuring room inspections are thorough and timely, employee relations concerns are dealt with professionally in partnership with the People Team, stock levels are maintained appropriately, and your team are fully trained and assessed to deliver the high level of service that our overnight guests expect.
This role is varied and will give the right candidate an opportunity to develop their people management skills and, in turn, have a positive impact on our guest KPIs.
The LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is the ultimate destination for families with children age 2-12. The Resort is home to three awesome LEGO themed Hotels and a host of rides, shows and attractions built around the iconic LEGO® brick. This role is based at the Windsor theme park, located in 150 acres of beautiful parkland.
